Hills Energy Management Solutions (HEMS) Install, Enhance and Support Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). 

BEMS are computer-based systems that help to manage, control and monitor a buildings technical services such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.  A BEMS provides building managers with the ability to log and analyse a buildings environmental data such as plant faults, alarms, temperatures, humidites, air quality, and its energy consumption, via a single computer based platform.  

A BEMS uses the data it collects to generate automated actions which reduce a buildings operational expenditure, to improve a buildings environmental performance for its occupants and to validate and decrease its energy consumption.
